Are your perfumes original Scents by HKay creations?
Yes — every fragrance is our own brand, blended with premium fragrance oils and bottled as 50ml eau de parfums. We do not sell any other company’s products.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available across Pakistan. You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Lahore: 2–4 working days. Other cities: 3–7 working days. Delivery charges are a flat Rs. 200 nationwide. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does the fragrance last on skin?
Our perfumes are eau de parfum (EDP) concentration, which generally wears longer than regular sprays. Longevity varies by skin type, weather and application — for best results, spray on pulse points and clothing.
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Yes — we accept return/exchange requests within 1 week of delivery, provided at least 90% of the bottle remains. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
