Products

All fragrances sold on this store are Scents by HKay’s own-brand eau de parfums. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in packaging may occur.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently serve customers within Pakistan. Payment is accepted via the methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery.

Orders

We reserve the right to confirm orders via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch, and to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, appear fraudulent, or involve pricing/stock errors. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including brand name, logo, product names, images and text — is the property of Scents by HKay and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scents by HKay shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Perform a patch test before full use; discontinue use in case of irritation.
